Licences, activation and refunds
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every Nebula product runs fully for 30 days after you install it, with no account and no card. When you buy, enter your licence key and nothing about your projects changes.
How many computers can I use?
Each licence activates on up to 5 computers at once. You can move a licence by deactivating a computer in your account, under Licences & downloads.
Does it need the internet?
Only to activate. After that a product checks in now and then, and keeps working for 30 days without a connection. A computer that is never online can be activated offline from your account.
Which platforms?
The plug-ins run on macOS 11 or later, on Apple silicon and Intel, as AU and VST3, so they load in Logic, Ableton Live, Bitwig, Cubase, FL Studio, Reaper and Nebula DAW. Nebula DAW needs an Apple silicon Mac with macOS 14 or later. Windows versions of Nebula DAW and every plug-in are in development.
Are prices with VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. At checkout we add the VAT of your country, or none if you buy as an EU business with a valid VAT number, or from outside the EU.
What if it is not for me?
Ask within 14 days and we refund you in full, as long as you have not activated the licence you bought. Using the free trial does not count.
I lost my licence key
Sign in to your account with the email you bought with. Every key is under Licences & downloads.
I changed computer
In your account, under Licences & downloads, deactivate the old computer, then activate the new one.
My studio computer is never online
In the product, choose Activate offline and copy the request code. In your account, paste it and download a licence file, then open that file in the product.
I need an invoice with my VAT number
Enter your company and VAT number at checkout. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge).
