2. What we sell
We sell licences for software that you download:
- Perpetual licences for the Nebula DAW (macOS) and for individual plug-ins.
- The All Access plan, which gives access to our products for 12 months, paid in advance.
- Update plans for the Nebula DAW, after its included 12 months of updates.
Use of the software is covered by our End User Licence Agreement. Each product page lists its system requirements. Please check them, and try the free 30-day trial, before you buy.
We sell to consumers and to businesses, worldwide.
3. Prices and VAT
- Prices on the website are shown excluding VAT, in the currency shown.
- VAT is added at checkout, based on the country you are in. You see the total before you pay.
- Customers in the EU: we charge the VAT rate of your country (EU One-Stop-Shop).
- Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number: no VAT is charged. The reverse-charge rule applies, and you account for VAT yourself. We check your number with the EU VIES system.
- Businesses in Greece: Greek VAT is charged even with a valid VAT number.
- Customers outside the EU: no VAT is charged, unless the law of your country requires us to charge a local tax. Any import duties or local taxes you must pay yourself are your responsibility.
To work out where you are, we use your billing address and, where the law requires it, other information such as your card's country.
If we have shown a clearly wrong price by mistake, we will tell you and let you cancel before we take payment, or refund you.
4. Ordering and payment
- You pay by card. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- The contract is made when we confirm your order by email.
- We send an invoice or receipt by email. You can also find it in your account.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital. After payment, your licence appears in your account and we email your licence details. You download the software from your account.
If you do not receive your licence within a few hours, check your spam folder, then write to info@nebulamusic.org.
6. The All Access plan
- You pay for 12 months in advance.
- The plan does not renew by itself. Before it ends we email you, and you decide whether to renew.
- If you do not renew, the plan ends after 12 months. Nothing more is charged.
- The price for a renewal is the price shown at the time you renew.
- What happens to the software when a plan ends is explained in the End User Licence Agreement (section 5). Your projects still open.
7. Updates and upgrades
- Plug-in perpetual licences: free updates within the same major version (for example, every 1.x release). A new major version (2.0) may be a paid upgrade, usually at a reduced price for existing owners.
- Nebula DAW perpetual licence: includes 12 months of updates from the purchase date. After that, an optional yearly update plan keeps you on the latest version. If you do not take it, the last version you received keeps working.
- All Access: all updates while the plan is active.
We may change or retire features in a future version. A version you already have is not taken away from you.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
See our Refunds & Right of Withdrawal page. It is part of these Terms.
9. Your legal rights as a consumer
If the software does not work as described, you have the rights given to consumers by law for digital content (in Greece, Law 2251/1994 as amended, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770). These include a fix, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
10. Liability
Our liability is set out in section 11 of the End User Licence Agreement.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
12. Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, please write to info@nebulamusic.org first. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
Consumers in Greece may also contact the Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or another approved alternative dispute resolution body. Consumers anywhere in the EU may use the European Consumer Centre network (www.eccnet.eu).
13. Law and courts
Greek law governs these Terms. The courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
