Questions
Frequently asked
What happens when my year ends?
The products stop working until you buy another year, or buy them outright. Your projects and presets stay as they are.
Does it renew by itself?
No. We never charge your card again without you buying another year.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Buy another year at any time and it is added to the end of the current one.
How many computers can I use?
Each licence activates on up to 5 computers at once. You can move a licence by deactivating a computer in your account, under Licences & downloads.
Does it need the internet?
Only to activate. After that a product checks in now and then, and keeps working for 30 days without a connection. A computer that is never online can be activated offline from your account.
Try any Nebula product free for 30 days
Download, install, and every product runs fully for 30 days. No account and no card needed. Buy the ones you keep.
