Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Every product has a free 30-day trial. Please try it first, on your own computer and in your own projects, before you buy.

1. The legal right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content, this right ends once delivery starts, if you have agreed to that. This comes from Directive 2011/83/EU (article 16(m)) and Greek Law 2251/1994 as amended.

At checkout we ask you to tick a box to:

• ask us to deliver your licence key and download straight away, and
• confirm you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once we deliver them.

We then confirm this in your order email.

So, in law, the right of withdrawal ends when your licence is delivered. But we offer something more generous below.

2. Our 14-day refund promise

We will refund you in full if:

• you ask within 14 days of your purchase, and
• you have not activated the licence you bought on any computer.

This is voluntary. It applies to all customers, consumers and businesses, wherever they are. It does not reduce any right you have by law.

Using the free trial does not count as activating the licence you bought.

3. When we cannot refund

Unless the law requires it, we do not refund:

• a licence you have activated;
• a purchase more than 14 days old;
• part of an All Access plan or an update plan that has already started to be used.

4. If the software does not work

Separately from the above, if the software does not work as described, write to us. We will try to fix it. If we cannot, you have your legal rights as a consumer, which can include a price reduction or a refund. That applies even if you have activated it.

5. How to ask for a refund

Write to info@nebulamusic.org from the email address on your account, with your order number.

If you are an EU consumer and want to use a standard form, you may use the model withdrawal form below. You do not have to.

We refund within 14 days of agreeing, to the card you paid with. We do not charge a fee. Once refunded, the licence is cancelled.
